Tom and his crew do excellent work. They are very responsive to homeowner requests, even to changing something that was already in progress. He also built a storage shed for us which I love. Great attention to detail. We will be using them again.

We are almost finished and the workmanship has been excellent. There was a wait to start because he is so in demand but once he got started things have moved ahead well. He worked with us up front to think through cabinet, flooring, fixture, etc. options and even went with us to select the cabinets. Tom is willing to do what it takes to get the job done and is very pleasant and easy to work with.

Tom and DanaLee Karsten were polite and helpful during the entire process, from the initial phone call to our final walk-thru. Tom spent several hours talking to us to find out exactly what we wanted in terms of design and then made recommendations when he knew our ideas were not functionable (We were so grateful that he had years and years of expertise and experience to draw from). He then designed the room keeping in mind our existing structure and how the new space would integrate with it. He found matching siding and window trim so the new room looks like it was always there. He and Paul were terrific to work with and they were trustworthy in all their dealings with us. They took no short cuts and explained the process whenever we had questions. His bid was a bit more expensive than others but included EVERYTHING so we had no surprises. When we compared Tom's bid to the others it was painfully obvious that Tom had done his homework. They were very respectful of the fact that they were working within our home. There was no harsh language at all and they always removed their shoes when entering our home and kept the worksite as clean as was possible. Tom made sure all delivery trucks did not damage our yard and plantings any more than was absolutely necessary (and I garden so that was very important to me). The room he built exceeded our expectations and even the city inspectors were very impressed at the quality and workmanship. At one point Tom and Paul spent a least an hour working out the best way to match the new siding with our home in one corner that had several angles coming together. There are always a short list of items we want done, and when they were done with the big job, Tom gave us a great price on several little items (repairing a cracked wall, etc. ) It was clear that besides being a skilled and friendly man, Tom was a man of integrity in all facets of his life. After we were in the room for several months Tom called us and reassured us that if there was any problem he would make it right and in early winter of this year after a bad storm we noticed one of our windows had cracked. Tom worked with the supplier, got a replacement unit and installed it free of charge. We love Tom!!! Our hope is to have some kitchen remodeling and bathroom work done soon and we will definitely call Tom.
