Stempfle Construction

The ceiling water damaged was caused by leaking roof in my mother's house located in Marengo, Illinois. Stempfle Construction was called upon referral from insurance company. Mike Stempfle was prompt in responding to evaluate the damage and submit a bid. Upon awarding job, Mike was prompt in setting up schedule to do the work. He prepared the rooms by placing plastic sheet barrier in each of the three rooms to protect the side walls and carpeting from the dust that would be generated. Due to the nature of replacing dry wall construction-several applications of mudding the dry wall seems- he had to return on three occassions during the week to do this process. Upon curing of the material he that sanded and painted the ceiling with two coats of paint. Upon completing he did a very thorough job of clean up. At all times the crew was polite and accomodating to my mother.
