First, I was so appreciative they promptly squeezed me in since I needed it right away since I was having exterior painters due to start right after I noticed the bees. They are so nice and professional and really treat customers right! I had another need (unrelated to bees) I had to call them on the next month and they proved very accommodating for that as well.
