I explained the symptoms of the problem I was having with my sewer line. Mr. Knobloch didn't have the proper equipment to rod the sewer line and had to call someone else to do it. I ended up having to pay both parties that day. It was very expensive. The existing problem was not resolved either. I was still getting water in my basement every time I ran the water in the house as I explained earlier. Mr. Knobloch told me my sewer line was fine. I had to call another company in order to resolve the problem. They televised it and showed me the huge hole in my sewer line which had to be replaced.
