It was determined that the line exiting the house was frozen somewhere outside of 55 feet from the exit, most likely under the driveway. He was unable to help further as his trailer for the high pressure jetting equipment is not presently operational.
Guy was pleasant, polite, and professional. He explained a lot of things to me about how my system works and what most likely needs to be done. It helped me understand what I needed to find in a service provider to solve this problem.
He has been to my house for rodding once previously, and his father had also rodded my kitchen sink drain once about 10 years ago.
I would recommend Guy for future rodding work.
