Bilmar Construction

Bill gave us a really competitive quote for finishing our home and was very responsive to our many questions. We knew from the work that Bilmar Construction had performed in our neighborhood after a home explosion that they would do a great job for us. We would certainly consider Bilmar for any future projects.

We were very happy with the baseboards and the casing but not very happy with the doors that were painted. They started to chip within the first two weeks and we had to remove all the doors. I had to Sandown many areas and repaint myself. This was not the cheapest quote we got so we were expecting higher quality work on the doors. Like I said to be fair we were happy with half the project but not the other half.

The entire process was easy. Bilmar took over from a bad contractor and my home was in disarray. Nothing was completely done including the demo portion. They had to come in pick up the pieces figure out was still needed to be done and make repairs from the previous contract's work. Bilmar is professional, straight forward, no sales pressure, very easy to work with, trustworthy, keeps you informed every step of the way and will make suggestions for improvement. The workmanship is outstanding. It is currently mid-May and we are nearing completion. It's obvious to see that the owner and associates are passionate about their work and will use Bilmar for all future work in their scope. I will be posting pictures.

Well... I would absolutely use Bilmar, Inc. again. Without a doubt. They came into a bad situation I was having and I really needed help. They took care of me! Besides the disaster with our home in 2017, they had finish the basement of our current home and the prior home.
