The best part was when I came down to my basement and found the guy's head in my washing machine. He explained he dropped something- in my washing machine? With my clean laundry? That's not exactly hooked up to the sprinkling system. What did I find in there after they left? A previously lit cigarette. Thanks for nothing, guys.
"she was in a hurry we explained how to work the controller. whats on a work truck does not show the quality of work we do .nor did she take the time to listen about the controller she was to busy with her daughter to give us 100 percent of her attension to listen to the answers of her questions and how to work the controller once its programmed it hasa rechargeable 9 volt backup to keep the set program she asked how to turn it to off if she did not want to water and how to turn it back on fro automatic watering if she has any questions she can call us and we will do what ever it takes to make her happy ? for the washing machine we thought a pen fell into it but i never thought a cigarette could have because we dont smoke at customers homes if it happened we are completley sorry for the inconvinces we put her through . so if she needs anything we can do to make her happy please lets us know? thank you"
