AWFUL experience! Had to bring in heavy equipment which damaged common areas in our townhouse association. This led to legal action by our homeowners association and we were fined. Company became VERY unresponsive and I had to threaten legal action to get them to complete the work. They made several decisions about the project without consulting with the homeowners. Final project completed three feet short. Had to involve Angie's List complaint process. Unfortunately AL deleted my original review. Ferro even failed to clean up after they were done and I had to clear debris myself. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are unprofessional and unreliable. (I don't remember the actual amount we spent on this project.)
