the replacing of the pipes went very well, we now have excellent pressure. we also had Jim replace the hot water tank which was old and was on borrowed time. Jim was prompt and friendly and his work was done very well. We had to call him back the next day because we had lost some water pressure. he came back the next day and cleaned out the faucet check valve( which was no fault of his) and now the pressure is great again
