Scenic Landscaping LLC

Well, I called them on week before Fathers day in June. He came and told me he was a little behind due to all the rain we got. OK, so I thought that meant he would schedule me for the job. Two weeks went and I had to call him to find out what was going on. He said that I did not give him a downpayment....he never asked for one. So then I gave him 500. still I  was not even on his schedule yet.He did not at that time give me a date. I assumed I would be soon, so he made it sound.  Well, I told him I had to leave town in July and I did not want him working while I was not there. Gave him my date that I'd be home. Well I was home, two weeks again went by and nothing from him. Again I called. I still was not on their schedule. I have him my date of return, again I assumed he would do the work as soon as I got back. This went on for weeks. Most of the time I had to call him to find out what was happening. The job he did good, except for one problem.  The job I asked him to come back and fix. He as of November has still not come back to fix. Very displeased with him. I cancelled my back yard to be done by him.

They were good about getting back in touch when needed.
The prices were resonable  compared to other companies that I had recieved bids on.

The men were professional and assisted with what they could.

I am very pleased with the work that Brad and his crew did around my home. The landscaping looks great and there is a noticeable difference in the before and after picture--almost like it's brand new again. The quality of work is outstanding; the pricing reasonable--a good value for the money. The workers arrived as promised, were courteous, hard-working and cleaned up after themselves. Brad, the owner, is very personable, attentive and customer-oriented. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do in several areas and he gladly offered suggestions and his expertise to assist me in the decision-making. There was no hard-selling of product or services. Phone calls were returned promptly and there were no problems with scheduling. I plan to have them back in the Spring of 2011 to create a relaxing area in my back yard for me and my hammock as well as an annual spreading of mulch and some possible shrub replacement (money-permitting, of course).
