He came on time, was very professional, and took care of the problem.  He knew exactly what he was doing.

It started with good communications and a commitment to show up the next day. Upon arrival Gordon then gave a cost for the replacement cost of my sump pump and a willingness to do the work on the same day. He did a great job and made sure everything was satisfactory, plus cleaned up after his completion of the job.

I haven't done much plumbing and he seems expensive but he did a very good job. I bought the tank and he charged just for the labor and materials he bought. He is in business for himself and he was a attentive and did a very neat job when he was here to work. He would clean around the area and clean up after himself. I had no problem from him. I will use him in future.

Our overall experience with them was fine. Their price was good and inexpensive compared to the other service providers.

The price was really reasonable and it was significantly lower than the other quotes I got and he came within the hour. It was great. He was really friendly and a nice guy. He is the kind of guy that has been doing this for a long time and he actually takes his time to do the work. He did not really clean up after he was done and he left. The price was so much cheaper than anybody else that I felt like I had to clean the bathroom anyway so I might as well clean it up too. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It would have been great if he had cleaned up after himself.

I have lived in Steger for nine years and have had less than good luck with plumbers. The drainage system is very flawed in my division and no one could help me. I used Angie's List to find the highest rated plumber within the area and it suggested Gordon. I would classify Gordon as a friend after this experience. He did his absolute best to be honest and up front with me and I could not be more pleased. He spoke with me plainly and gave me alternatives. I would recommend him to ANYONE who wants quality work at the most reasonable price.

They were very prompt in getting back to me. They were able to get the work done in one day. They also advised me and gave me two options on how they could do the work. I would use them again in the future.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. HE SHOWED ME WHERE MY PIPES WERE CORRODED AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND GOT RIGHT TO THE WORK. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WORK, THE NEW PIPE LEAKED, AND THEY RETURNED PROMPTLY THE NEXT DAY TO FIX IT. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I'M CONSIDERING HIM FOR OTHER WORK.

I JUST USED THEM TWICE. I WAS SEMI-SATISFIED WITH THEM.
