For the most part they were on time, nice, and clean. The problem that I had was that my drywall cracked up after they left. The job was done in October. They came back a month later and patched up only one bad ceiling seam. At that time the service provider collected $100.00 in cash. There has been more damage that has showed up since then. I called them, and they were supposed to call me back. I have not received a response. I called them a week ago for some new cracks in the drywall. They told me that they don't guarantee drywall because houses move. They put the drywall to close together, and that is why it is cracking. I hired someone else to fix it. They did clean up after themselves. The price was lower than others that had quoted me, but by the time I paid to fix everything, I could have hired someone really good. I have no idea how much more cracking that I am going to get. The work was bad. They talked to me nice when I called there, but everyone can talk nice. Once they hung up, I never heard from them again. The living room is perfect, but the bathrooms are horrible! They are pretty far away from me, and I don't think that they want to come this far. When they were lacking work it was okay to come here, but now that things have picked up they don't want to. No reasonable person would expect this many cracks in drywall that has only been done 6 months ago. The drywall was not screwed down in to the studs. The dry wall was not flush against the studs or framing. If you push on the drywall, the screws protrude. All the screws that were not screwed in as far as they should have been, now stick out. The ceiling corners bubbled down and cracked in several places. The durock does not meet the tub correctly in one bathroom.
