Absolutely Fantastic service in every way. Dan and Phil were amazing. My attic insulation contractor highly recommended GMP. They gave me a quote based on his estimate, honored it even after seeing the situation was worse than stated. That was so kind, since this attic project has more than tripled in cost due to complications, and I'm budgeted out. When my collapsing ceilings were being repaired prior to mold abatement, Phil brought over an air scrubber so any spores during the drywall removal would be sucked up, and when they did the mold treatment, they also brought & left that scrubber in my home to help with the odor. Speaking of odor, they were VERY proactive about that; they discussed with the ceiling repair and insulation contractors the best way to proceed to keep the odor and contamination to a minimum. Frankly, after staying outside all day with all my pets, with the windows and doors open, all ceiling fans on, and the new attic fan on, there was not a TRACE of smell by nightfall. But they were super conscientious about erring on the side of caution, especially with my birds which of course are very sensitive. Phil has birds himself, so he was very caring about that. Day of project, Dan and D'Andre were as courteous and professional as they could possibly be; just two super nice young men, and D'Andre is a recent Marine, just a lovely person. They were safety conscious, wore proper safety wear, kept things clean and neat, were respectful of my pets and house, cleaned up after, and just could not have been better. I got another estimate from another very nice man, and his quote was only slightly higher (like $50, probably still less than GMP SHOULD have been if they'd seen the mess before they quoted!) but I went with the first recommendation because of how honest and nice Dan and Phil were, and how well they worked with the other contractors. I just can't say enough. Extremely highly recommended.

We had a severe mold problem in our upper attic. We found Guardian Mold Prevent Corp. on the internet. Phil & Dan showed up on time to give us the estimate. They were very knowledgeable & explained the scope of the work that needed to be done. Their work needed to be coordinated with the work of our roofer. They worked very well with the roofing contractor. Everything was completed as promised. We were very happy with this company.

Overall, it was an okay experience.

We are very satisfied with the work that was done. The techs who performed the work were very polite. The work was done exactly as they had outlined in their proposal and the cost was exactly what they quoted us. We would highly recommend them.
