He gave me an estimate of $2350.00 to remove the current river rock floor, compact stone fill with 10 gauge wire mesh, and pour 4 inches of concrete. He estimated 160' of 1/2and quot; rebar at additional cost of $120.00
He and his crew showed up early on Friday, Aug 2, and started right in.
They removed the river rock and actually had to remove quite a bit of dirt.
They moved quickly and by mid afternoon they were completed.
They had sectioned the pad to help prevent cracking and it looked very good.
As of this last Tuesday I was able to start moving back into the shed.
Jack and his crew were very professional and he had me look over the work at various stages of completion.
I am extremely happy with the work and would definitely hire him again to do any concrete work.
