To start, the project went 4 months over the initial 5 week estimate for completion, and we had to finally fire them without completed kitchen cabinets bc he kept ordering them wrong. He pulled a "bait and switch" with kitchen cabinet selection. Showed me two high-end cabinet catalogues to select from, then ordered from a completely different company with no details, no custom options, no details in the crown molding, drawers did not have details to match cabinet doors. He never showed us sketches for what he ordered. Horrible experience. Conitnually complained that he had much bigger jobs to do and these "smaller" job weren't normal for him to take. I had to fight tooth and nail to get details promised in the initial estimate like finished handrailing for stairs, glass door for shower, tile wainescoat on the bathroom wall.
