Gallier Electric

Started off on a bad note, said he would come by to review and never showed up.  We then communicated a little more, and I advised him I was more than willing to work with him when issues come up just let me know and don't be a no show.  So it looks like everything got taken care of, he reviewed and said he would start on a particular day and he did.  I then asked if certain things could be done, and he said yes.   But then it never happened, and towards the end of the job we had some more no shows.  Job was finally finished, and promises of what he would take care of was never done.   I paid him his full amount within 48 hours of him starting, big mistake on my part.  Still don't know if the inspector signed off on the final work (will be calling the city), since the final documentation that he was supposed to provide once done was never done (Copies of the permits and final signatures).  Consumer beware, have everything in writing because verbal promises means absolutely nothing here in this town.
Also, he doesn't like to give quotes.  To this date, never did get a call back or quote to do the work.  I guess contractors are too busy and don't need additional work, as this is the 2nd review I am writing due to people not responding.
