Garage Door Service
Bankco installed a new garage door and Liftmaster Opener 12/15. The opener started to malfunction, while still under its 5 year warranty, 7/18. An initial service call was performed which did not fix the problem. After 4 attempts to schedule a 2nd service, a technician showed up unannounced and left with the unit now malfunctioning much worse than the original problem. Bankco denied all responsibility at this point and declined to perform any further service on a problem which they had not only failed to fix but in fact had greatly exacerbated. At present I am trying to line up a competent repair service to fix the problem and will certainly never deal with Bankco again.
