We can fix small rips, burns and tears as well as completely reupholster your furniture and equipment. "I was shopping for a new convertible top to be installed on my car and went into Express Upholstery in St. Peters to get pricing. They wrote up a quote for me, I liked the price, we scheduled a date for the installation, and they said I needed to give them a deposit for half of the price which I did. I dropped off the car on that date, they did the installation, went back to pick it up and was presented with a final bill that was $800 more than what I was quoted! Turns out the original quote didn’t include installation! What? I’m pretty sure people don’t do the installation of a convertible top themselves. The owner was there and responded to my questions with a very curt response of “you authorized the work”! At the bottom of the quote and the final bill there is a note indicating that supplies, shipping, and taxes are not included. Nowhere does it say installation is not included and the deposit they requested for half the quoted price did not include the $800 as well. Seems to be intentionally deceptive! There are multiple reviews saying the same thing. I filed this same complaint with the BBB, EU received it and did not respond. Apparently, they are ok with slimy business practices."
