We highly recommend working with John King at Tri-State Concrete Correction. He is very professional, complete, and friendly. We are very happy that they made this project happen in the timeframe they did, making our stress level so much less.
Description of Work: We contracted King (Tri-State Concrete Correction) to install a sub-floor drainage system in our basement to divert occassional incoming water. Although the original estimated date of project start time would be 2-3 months out, we requested that they perform the services during our time away between Christmas and the first week of January. They made some calls and made it happen. We cleared out the basement for them before we left, and they came as promised on December 31st to begin work. John King stayed in contact with us, even calling to offer and suggest extra work they were willing to do at no charge because of the ease of doing so within the scope of their own jobs. We really appreciate them taking those extra steps and they did a great job. The only issues we saw right away was the way the lower stairs were reinstalled before they left, leaving the area a bit unsteady. We took care of that, though, and secured it back to its' normal state. All else looks great so far!
