I'm a licensed real estate broker at RE/MAX Unified Brokers, where we help people buy and sell homes, commercial properties, and land in western Illinois. My dad, Gene, owns and manages our office. I came aboard as an agent in 2004.

He's a great realtor in that he always goes above and beyond to help you find what you need in a home. I've got a completely different aesthetic than many people and Nick is never judgmental about what I want.
I actually got some 'attitude' from the realtor I first approached in town at a different firm, when I was initially looking, and got the feeling he didn't think I was 'big enough fish' for him to bother with. (He'd probably be miffed to find out he lost a 6 time repeat customer!) I never have to worry about that with Nick, and whether I want to look at a $45,000 home or a $275,000 house, Nick is always courteous and helpful.
He's taken me out to view homes in terrible weather with deep snow and he'll happily scoop a walk for me, so I don't have to struggle in the snow. He's also always polite, well dress, and professional, and has a plethora of other professionals in banking, appraisal, and home inspection that he can call on to give assistance if you need them. Oh, and his car is always clean!! :)
