Overall, I think HyVee does an excellent job. I can get almost any product I'm looking for there, and if they don't have it, they'll try to get it for me. I broke my ankle and couldn't live without the home delivery service, which is excellent.
The only downside I can find, is that a lot of their deli products like chicken salad, etc. have added sugar and are very sweet. When I asked them to drop the sugar I just got the standard Macomb area crap about "this is how we've always done it". And sooo, what? You can't modernize your products to be more healthy, just because you've always added sugar? Times change. And while the rest of the store has come along with progressive ideas, the deli manager seems very 'old school, out of touch'.
The rest, terrific.
