Mark, the plumber, was going to be about 20 minutes late, and he very politely called me tell me this detail. Mark arrived a short while later, and he first looked over the situation to find out exactly what needed to be done to fix our plumbing problems. When he knew what needed to be done he explained the issue to me as to what it would take to be repaired. He was very pleasant, but also very professional and got right to work when I gave him my okay. He replace some parts on the outdoor faucet, and under the wash tub he found that a pipe had a hole in it. Mark cut out the rotted pipe, and replaced it with a rubber fitting. It took about an hour, and when he was ready to leave he politely said, if you have any problem with what I just fixed, do not hesitate to give me a call. I think the price was reasonable, and I would definitely use Smeltzer Plumbing again when I am in need of this type of servic
