I have an older bow that I brought in when the string
broke. The staff there were extremely rude and condescending to me. They
made fun about how out of date my bow was and try to sell me additional
services I didn't need and then laughed when I didn't know what they
were talking about. I'm an amateur trying to get into archery, and I
don't appreciate their patronizing attitude towards me.

"I find it hard to believe anyone would have been rude to you. However, with old unsafe equipment we need to make sure someone doesn't hurt themselves or someone else. See our other reviews, there's is no way anyone would have tried selling you something you don't need."
