.
They did a number of things wrong. On the gable roof section they strped all of the old roofing material off down to the plywood
so when the rest of the roof was installed the new shingles dipped down at the gables. The fix that ws offered and we accepted
was installing new shingles under the striped off area which raised the new roof .What was also is install the vents after the roof was on in that process they cut two new vent holes and left two old vent holes covered only by shingles.

They had a good price, they were about $800.00 cheaper than any other bid. They were prompt. I am satisfied with the roof.

I spent about $6,000 on the job. They did an excellent job. I think a lot of people have used them in my neighborhood. Everybody liked them. They were accurate about their estimate; they came within the price that they had quoted. They did the work in a timely manner. They were professional. If I had a question regarding something, they took care of it. They did a good cleanup. So, there was not a lot left to pick up after they left. I would recommend them to others.
