The furnace was nice. They were fine. Their price was fair.

It's carrier brand and it is 97% efficient. They move the central air unit which used to be in the backyard right outside the deck, we moved it to the far side of the house where nobody is. They did a beautiful job for us. I recommend their staff, their prices and the brands that they carry. We had a choice of several brands that they carry and we priced them all. We've been pricing units for 2 years. They did everything they said they were going to do in the time frame they quoted for us. They are extremely clean, they put the booties on before they come in the door even if it's a sunny, bright and dry day.

He arrived on time. He checked the A/C and found that the fuse was bad. Because the fuse wasn't covered through the insurance, he said that I could run and buy the fuse($3) (instead of him having to charge me for going to get one) and he would clean the unit while I was gone. He said that this way he could check it before to leaving to make sure that nothing else was wrong. Before leaving he gave me some tips so that I could make sure it keeps running . He recommended getting the duct work clean, but was not pushy.
It was raining and he put on blue plastic booties to make sure that he didn't get our floors wet.
I was very impressed with the service I was given and highly recommend them.

They were very professional, friendly and on time. Everything was perfect. Our insurance covered it because our air-conditioner got hit with lightening.

They have always been very fair price wise. They are efficient and clean.
