It went very well and the job was done in two days. The price was more than 15% below another bidder, and I used the Angie's List coupon to save $100. Paul Belknap did extra work to scrape and clean up two skylights that had been over-sprayed by a previous paint contractor. It looks great and will be a benefit when we sell the house in a year or so.

Done in one day! Very impressed with their last minute decision not to put dumpster in our driveway. Said drive was too nice to possibly mar from the weight and possible scratches it could leave. That care and professionalism was practiced throughout the day.

We have a roof leak. The ceiling has water mark.

Paul went to the attic and roof. He identified the leaking area 

and made repair immediately.

It was good

Paul's company did a very professional job, from tear off through installation.
Started on Monday and when the weather turned he had a large crew there Tuesday to get the job done.
Great job of clean up.
Paul came out and walked around the house after the job was completed to make sure it was done right.
Would definitely recommend Belknap Roofing for your Roofing needs.

Paul is very conscientious and did the work himself rather than just send a crew to do it because of the delicate nature of the work.  We have had several good rains the last few weeks and there has been NO leakage.  Paul has called and followed up to make sure there weren't any problems and each time he continues to reinforce his 100% guarantee.

This was the most reasonable estimate I received and was very happy with the work.  They protected the plants around the house during the tear off and cleaned up afterwards.  No roofing nails to be found.  Only complaint was it was hard to get ahold of them at the beginning and calls were not always answered in a timely manner.

He replaced the valleys between the main house and the back room.  He coated the flat roof with a sealant.  I have two plumber vents on the roof, and the housing around them was replaced. 

We had a leak in our 10 year old roof where the electrical wires come into our house through the roof.  We had three estimates, all from well known roofing companies, and we had three different solutions ranging from $850 through $15,000.

Belknap was the third estimate and he assured us that our roof did not need replacing, and assured us the existing vents on the roof were adequate and did not need replacing.  He also assured us the chimney was fine and the boot did not need repair - as both of the other roofers had indicated. 



The employees of Belknap were perfect gentlemen, on-time, hard-working and very professional.  The work was completed as promised, on time and right to the penny on the estimate.  I would highly recommend Belknap Roofing for any roof repair or new roof.  Without doubt when our next roof is needed, Belknap will be the only call I will make!

Wow...what can I say. Paul, co-owner, was great to work with.  Polite, prompt, and the crew was professional.  Kept our yard clean and worked hard to cover plants, etc. My wife really liked this company and crew, they were hard workers, and she felt safe around them as I was at work and not able to be home.  Their time on task was excellent. Full job took 2 days.
Architectural shingles look great.... put in ridge vent, no complaints.

We had storm wind damage to our roof on May 22, 2011.  All roofing contractors contacted were working from a backlog.  We had 3 estimates prepared before choosing Belknap Roofing.   Mr. Belknap was up front about his backlog and the time required to fit us into the schedule for the repairs (new roof).  We selected his company at the recommendation of another contractor (general contractor) and friends who had experience with Belknap Roofing.  They made sure we were in no danger of leaks prior to their fitting us into the schedule.  He provided a firm, detailed, written estimate along with a copy of his license and liability insurance coverage.  He took care of appropriate permits in advance.  The crew was ready to work on the day they showed up and completed all repairs in 1 1/2 days.  The quality of their work, and their teamwork and efficiency were very obvious with only a few minutes of observation.  They cleaned up behind themselves very thoroughly and quickly. We are very satisfied!!
