Overall the job went well. End product met my expectations. The technician arrived onsite and found out he was missing a coupler for the hose. Despite this he was able to get the job done using what he had and some duct tape. Kudos to his ingenuity and dedication to getting the job done no matter what obstacle came up.

Will, the technician, arrived right on time. He was very courteous and asked me to show him all of the spaces being cleaned. He took measurements and pointed out the spots he would work hard to clean. Our carpet is very old with pet stains. He got right to work and completed the work in the amount of time they said. My carpet looks new. I couldn't be happier, especially with the respectful service. I always ask for no fragrance. The carpet dried by the evening and feels soft. The price was very fair for the work and quality. We have used Advantage Qwik Dry for over 5 years now and would highly recommend them. Each service technician that has come to our house has taken great ownership and pride in their work. We will be using them again!

I have used this service before, and they cleaned my carpeting. I thought that the previous cleanings were o.k. I didn't complain because they were so cheap. Yes my carpets were clean and they looked better, but they still looked dirty in high traffic areas. But I thought it was just wear on the carpet. Well, they came yesterday and did my carpets for me. The serviceman who's name was Tony. He looked at the carpet in all of the rooms. He pretreated the bad areas and then he treated all of the areas with another solution. Now in the past they never did more than pretreat the bad areas. Tony treated all of the carpeting. He was polite, professional and a fast worker. I have to say my carpets look almost brand new. He did a beautiful job. I will keep on using Advantage Kwik-Dry forever. They are fantastic

The cleaning was fast and courteous. We were provided with tips on how to handle pet stains and received a bottle of stain remover as well. Tony did a great job on our 12 year old carpet. It looks and smells a lot fresher! We appreciated the customer referral discount, too.

Tony the Carpet cleaner for Kwik Dry was punctual, very friendly, and most of all, did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning some very dirty carpeting in our basement and elsewhere. It went very well. We took our carpet not too long after that, but they did a very good job. They were very thorough. We had an old pet that had a couple of accidents and they took all the odor and stains out. They were on time and their price was very reasonable.
