Great Job!!! Did everything on list and then some...

The entire job went without a hitch.  From the beginning and throughout the project  there was excellent communication.  The construction crew was very professional.  It was immediately apparent they knew what they were doing.  They were  very friendly and worked the entire time they were on-site.  The actual price of repairing the garage wall was lower than the original estimate.  Once work began, it turned out that the expected materials anticipated for the job were overestimated, so the price was adjusted and lowered to reflect what was actually needed.  On the final day of the project, the workers finished before the end of the day.  I asked them to do a couple of smaller items that were not on the original estimate.  They were very agreeable and completed the extra tasks with a smile.  
Jack Waters and his construction crew are the most honest, skillful, and pleasant  construction company I have ever dealt with.   I have some additional projects that need to be done on my house.  I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.  I highly recommend Waters Construction of Illinois, Inc.

Jack's guys where great. I am very happy with the hole experience.

They came when they were supposed to.  The group of 4 did what they came to do and couldn't do enough to please me.  They were fast and cleaned up after themselves as well.  They did part of my guttering and a ladder fell on it, but they came back out to fix it, no questions asked.  There was a statue that was broken (not sure if it was from them), but they repaired that as well even after they were paid.  I would highly recommend them!
