It is my pleasure to write this review for Zaico Painting, and it's owner Jiri. My only regret is that I didn’t write it several years ago when Jiri first started doing work at my home. Jiri has masterfully painted both exterior, and interior spaces during the past 10 years at my home, and every time he does, it’s the same stunning quality that shines through in his work. He is consistent. It has been my experience that a call to Jiri, is answered within minutes, and honest, great communication follows till the job is completed. He is always prompt, and accurate in his job completion time-which by the way includes an impeccable clean up to the point that beside for the beautiful painting with sharp, crisp, clean lines you enjoy afterward---you would never have known he was there! Jiri respects my house, and furniture as if it were his own being careful to cover, and move anything in his work area. He is a true professional with integrity and amazing pride in his work. The materials he uses are high quality, and it shows. Walls, and ceilings look beautiful, and clean beautifully in the years that follow. Because I want an outstanding painting job, Jiri is the only one I call, because that’s what he delivers. . He just finished painting my kitchen, and bathroom, and once again-I'm 100% completely satisfied with everything he did. Thank you Jiri! He and his partner did a wonderful job. They were professional, on time, very clean, left no mess, and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend him. He was responsive and available. He does both interior and exterior painting.

Crew always on time, respectful, friendly diligent, and they clean up after themselves completely. We have had them back to pain the interior of our home as well and they were superb. Very good price and excellent quality job.

Jiri is very professional, on time, completes job for estimated price, and cleans up after himself. He is very friendly and easy to work with. His work is quality and the finished product looks great for a very fair price. He is very conscientious (even vacuums) and take pride in his work. Jiri has done other painting in my home and I trust him so much that I can leave him at my home without worrying. I have recommended Jiri to family, friends, and neighbors and they have all been thrilled with his work and re-hired him. Put that paintbrush down and give Jiri a call!

Jiri came out promptly for an estimate and worked with our schedule to set up the best time for doing the painting. Jiri and his crew, David and Marvin, were wonderful to work with. They are all professional and extremely considerate. They did a great prep job protecting floors and furniture. When doing drywall repair, they were terrific about using plastic to keep drywall dust to a mininum. All the work was done efficiently and with great care. When the work was done, clean up was well done and the furniture was all put back. They have good prices and good service. We are very happy with results and would use them again.

We received this contact from our neighbour whose daughter had her condo done by Jerry and his guys. Jerry responded after four days after my initial phone call.His apologized for the day and said he did not respond sooner because he was out of town. After that, everything went fairly quickly. He arrived the following day and did an estimate on the job and by the evening he emailed me a detailed estimate for our home. I already had three estimates from other contractors.Jerry wasn't the cheapest but I chose him because of my neighbor's daughter who said that she was extremely satisfied with him. We scheduled a day which was convenient for us. Jerry arrived Monday morning a couple minutes before 8.am just as he said he would. He moved the furniture carefully and covered the floors with tarps, taped all baseboards and covered the furniture with plastic.Then two of his guys started to paint and checked all walls for inperfections and patched what was necessary. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and discipline Jerry and his guys worked through the whole process.They took into consideration our sick son and picked the right type of paint for us because of my son's asthma. They kept the house nice and neat during the work and they finished in two days. Everything looked beautiful and the furniture was put back where it belonged. I was very happy with Zaico painting and they will paint my siding when the weather permits.

I called the painting company, Jiri (the owner) stopped by for estimate same day I called even he was very busy that day. He showed up on time and other morning I had estimate in my mailbox. The reason I hired him: I had references about him from other people, price was fair and he was quick in response and professional. They started on day we have had scheduled, every morning they were on time, every evening they cleaned the work area and job was finished as was said. I was very satisfied with his work, his recommendations were excellent and I can truly recommend his company to everybody.
