Masonry Work
Exterior brick and stone work was done well. Sub did not understand title company draws and requested funds immediately. Cursing and threats were common. The 1st floor fireplace was not designed to spec causing extra brick to be needed. Vent caps were never installed. 1 fireplace vent not finished. The contract was terrible. He refused to perform the stucco work as designed on plan. Charged us extra. Did not finish masonry around windows. Did not finish limestone around top of exterior columns. Some 2nd story windows had soldiers row when there were none on plan. Lots of wasted brick and stone. The grounds were never cleaned up. Doesn't answer phone calls and promised to install vent caps two months ago.
