The price didn't seem like an excessive amount, it was about what he estimated it would be. That job was like the other work he's done, when he fixes it it stays fixed. I never have to have him come back and do things. He's realistic about what can be fixed for a reasonable amount of money or not. He has a lot of experience and he knows what he's doing. His work is always very neat, like when he puts conduits up he always fastens them securely and leaves his work looking good. It's never messy or half done. His pricing seems fair to me. I never feel like I'm getting hit with a big bill for nothing. He's been responsive when I call for assistance, he shows up when he says he will and he completes the work. He doesn't go off and then come back later. The work is always good quality. After he did a few jobs for me I stopped getting other bids. I never have to wait a long time to get him.

Great! Mr. Perlongo gave me a detailed written estimate of the work with guarantees that the work would be up to local codes and pass any home inspection for home sale if needed. The day of the appoinment he was on time, completed all the work as estimated plus he he installed a new electrical outlet that was not wired properly without charge. He labeled all the circuits and cleaned up the area upon completion. This was an inside/outside job as he had to do wiring outside also.

HE DOES HIGH QUALITY WORK, HE SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL. OUR HOME INSPECTOR EVEN COMMENTED ABOUT HOW WELL THE ELECTRICIAN HAD DONE WITH THE RE-WIRING. HE IS ALSO GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING YOUR CHOICES AND HELPING YOU DECIDE ON THE BEST OVERALL WAY TO DO THINGS.
