After going through several rehabbing crews in the past, Misko is by far the best. Quality work was done in a timely fashion. Misko is very prompt and an extremely detailed person. He went the extra mile while fixing a sagging floor in the bathroom. The floor was rotting and sagging to the point where it needed to be gutted and the joists needed to be beefed up. Instead of just laying some plywood and retiling, like other contractors would do, Misko reframed the entire floor, layed new 3/4" plywood, new underlayment and then retiled. He also replaced the toilet drain and remounted the existing toilet. After repairing holes in several walls, the entire house was repainted. The house had three windows and screens that were broken. Misko was able to take them out, have them repaired and replaced them in just a few days. Should a problem arise during the project, he didn't hesitate to call, explain the situation, and give input on the solution. Misko was easy to work with and I will definately use him again.

My most recent project required a sign company. After doing a search of sign companies in the area, I hired Mardi Studios from Lyons. They are a fairly new company opened by a veteran in the industry with more than 20 years of experience, Misko Markovic. During the course of the project we chatted frequently over design tweaks and I found that he is extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable and punctual. Project required designing and installing graphics for a contractors van. By the end of the project, I ended up having him do all of my marketing materials from my to do list which included t-shirts, sweats and hats. His creative design team and flawless execution made this project great success. I strongly recommend Mardi Studios as one of the best design/sign companies I ever worked with.
