Replaced soffits and gutters on 50% of first floor.  Despite challenging weather, workers completed project in a timely manner. Workers were sensitive to where materials were placed due to residence having a shared driveway with next door neighbor.

The project went fine.  I did have to call them back once to finish one aspect of the job (which they did promptly).  The stairs and wall now look good.

Arrived at agreed upon time. A lot of dust when grinding down the old sill. New sill went in very fast. Looks great and was done in time for the new door to go in!

Went very well. Gave me brick choices and had very close match to our 60's era brick. They did not show up on the first day when they were supposed to but I knew before the time they were supposed to show-up. Dave called me first thing in the morning to let me know and apologize. This is absolutely acceptable, things happen, the important thing is that I was notified. The next day the guys took down the chimney and began work on rebuilding. They took a day longer than expected but the extra day I think really shows. The chimney looks amazing and very plumb/level. The mortar and brick work is very impressive. They setup their scaffolding and were respectful of my deck. They cleaned at the end of each day, and after the final cleanup removed all debris, and signs they were there. I was amazed at how clean they left everything. I will continue to use Lovitt and Sons for my masonry needs.

Estimate was quick and I have always found it competitive. Crew came within 2 days of the estimates, if they weren't able to make it I was informed (i.e. rain, job running longer etc...) Crew was respectful and clean Job was completed and any concerns or questions handled quickly.

The work was fairly done. They were really nice guys and worked in a professional manner. The work has held up fine.

This was a good experience. I have nothing bad to say. I would hire them again.

Project went very well. Estimate was the best of three. Work was done efficiently. Contact was good.

When they finally came, they did a really good job. They delayed coming out and we had a difficult time getting them out here. They were really nice. Their was really good.

Dave Lovitt responded quickly to our request for an estimate, which we accepted and a date was agreed upon for the work to be done. However, that date came and went with no word from Lovitt. When we called to inquire, it seemed he'd forgotten that a date had been set. A new date was agreed upon, but we did not hear from Lovitt until mid-afternoon, at which time we agreed to yet another date. On that date the two workmen arrived and stayed til late afternoon, having completed all of the work contracted for, plus several other repair points we had not been aware of. On the whole, we are very pleased with the work done.

We are very pleased with the end result. They were professional, cleaning the area every day and made sure the mess was minimal. Additionally they were very careful of the existing plants near the fence. The pricing was in line with other quotes. The only challenge came in scheduling the work, several estimated start dates were missed. It was worth the wait, though.

Company was quick to return call, came by for an estimate within 24 hours which they left in mail box. Estimate was originally for $565 and stated would match any estimate. Company matched a lower $400 estimate. Work was completed within 5 days. Overall, very fast, efficient, reasonably priced project.

It's beautiful. The first couple of days, I would leave the TV and go look at the wall. So far it's working but we haven't had any flash floods yet. From the estimate to when the job was completed was 3 days.

They came out and did the estimate and had good turn-around time on the proposal. The price was good so we accepted. They began the job about three weeks later and completed the job in a week. They were prompt, courteous, and did a good job.

Showed up on time. Conscientious and courteous workers.

DAVE AND HIS CREW WERE ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB. WE SELECTED DAVE AFTER OBSERVING THE WORK HE DID ON OUR NEIGHBORS HOUSE. LOVITT AND SONS WAS ALSO ALMOST HALF OF WHAT OTHER COMPANIES QUOTED US. WHEN THE CREW ARRIVED TO THE DO THE WORK, THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND EVEN DID WORK THAT WAS NECESSARY BUT IMMEDIATELY NOTICEABLE. GETTING IN TOUCH WITH DAVE WAS A BIT TRICKY. I FELT I HAD TO CHASE HIM DOWN SOMETIMES, HOWEVER, HE DID COME THROUGH WITH SOLID WORK AT A GOOD PRICE.
