+ 0 moreThey were wonderful! Met schedules, did high quality work, and went above and beyond. Examples: the day they started tiling, they realized we hadn’t bought the trim pieces we needed. Our contractor went to two stores across town to find the right tile. When they started painting the inside of our boys’ closets, they realized the existing walls were in bad shape. They put in tons of work sanding, filling and prepping the walls. When we realized the vanity top we’d received was broken, they had their guy out, salvaged the sinks, and cut us a beautiful marble top. They do all of their own work (except HVAC) and they have a lot of pride in what they do. I liked not having to worry about the quality of the subcontractors they would bring in or if someone would quit mid-work.
Description of Work: Kitchen renovation and 2 new bathrooms, plus new hvac, paint and floor refinishing

+ 1 moreLoop did an amazing job. Everything was out of plumb or level in this old house, which made many parts of the reno tricky. We now have a beautiful Guest Bath with a spa shower and floor-to ceiling tiles. The Master Suite is incredible. The bathroom has a steam shower with 9 showerheads/sprays, digital interface, soaking tub, exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling tiles. The complicated plumbing done in both bathrooms was well done. In the AV Room, sound proofing was installed in the floor/walls/ceiling and the tricky electrical work was done well, to specifications. We highly recommend Loop and would use them again.
Description of Work: Loop built a two-story addition onto an existing one-story addition on our 1907 home. In this additional space, they created an AV room on the first level and an art studio on the top level. They also gutted and remodeled the guest bath, master bedroom and master bath. On the exterior, the old and new spaces are seamless. The roof lines are perfect and all of the new trim matches the existing trim. Casey, Paul and the whole crew were great to work with and very honest/trustworthy. Their subcontractors were also good, especially Greg, the meticulous tile contractor, and Karol, the paint contractor who stained all of the doors/beams in addition to painting.
