Shawn has taken care of two projects for us and his work is first rate.  Each project was well finished, aligned properly and his skills are evident.  He is very knowledgeable, attentive to details and cleaned up afterward.   I trust his recommendations.

The experience was the best home repair experience I have ever had. He was very professional. Out of 4 estimates he was the only one that discussed cost cutting options. He finished under the estimated time. We were on vacation when he started the job and he sent us pictures of the progress.

Shawn arrived promptly on time, performed the job in a workmanlike manner and cleaned up after the work was done. I was very pleased with the results and the way in which it was handled.

Shawn Dahlstrand agreed to do repair work and required me to sign a contract. He did not fulfill the contract. He did part of the work, billed me and promised to come back to finish. He did not come back. I caught him when he came, unannounced, to retrieve his ladder from my yard. He said my job was just too small for him to bother with, his signed contract notwithstanding. The work he did was fine, although he left a gap in my house's siding that let in rain. He is unreliable and does not keep his promises.
