I contacted organization last week to inquire about Handyman services for a particular project I wanted repaired on property and depending on satisfaction with task it could lead to other repair work. I read reviews and people seemed pleased with Handyman work so I scheduled an appointment for 06/05/18 . I was told that the Handyman would arrive after 11:00am but could not give an exact time . Around 1:31pm I received call from handyman wanting to get clarification on repair job. I explained to him I wanted fascia repaired where it deteriorated on end and possibly replaced depending on his observation. I sent him an image of area that needed replaced. He told me he was finishing up on another job and would be headed my way. Around 4:19pm he called me again and stated did I still wanted him to come that way and if so what's my address so that he could put it in his GPS. I was dumbfounded with questioning I felt like he didn't want to travel to my location. After I reassured him I still need work done he told me he'd be there by 5:00pm. Long story short he never arrived. No call no text. A wasted day/evening I cleared my schedule so that I can be available for services. Unprofessional I will never used this company again.
