First mowing was fine. Second mowing was haphazardly done and the guy handling the string trimmer did a very poor job and damaged a couple of our hydrangea bushes. I cancelled services immediately.

For short time , it grew alright but as soon as the weather change , the grass died.

The team was pleasant but it took 3 1/2 hours to cut down small trees and trim a large tree. They missed a few limbs and didnt cut one tree to flush. I would hire them again for lawn service; however, I will leave the tree cutting to someone else.

They provide excellent service for snow removal and take excellent care of the lawns for my 11 rental properties.

They do a good job.

They do it like 5 times a year, I think. We have them aerate it and power rake it. It’s a whole thing they do for us.

They come every week to cut our grass. They cut our grass and do the fertilizer and all of that. We do a contract with them for the whole summer season and they list everything that they do for us. They clean our gutters, they do the lawn, maintenance the lawn for insects, the fertilizer, everything that needs to be done. They do a good job. I think the price is pretty good. They come every week and do it, you don’t even know they’re here.

It's a reasonable cost.  I'm saying that based on the previous person doing my lawn and other offers that I've received.  They've only been working this Spring, but they seem to be reliable and are doing what they said they would do.  Overall, I would give them a B right now only because they're new and I'm still getting used to their style.  I'm dealing with two houses right now. My friend passed away and I'm trying to get her house ready for market, and her huge yard, so I'm not always there when they get there.  But I think they're doing a good job.  Let's just say a B on everything.  They're doing a good job.  I don't wanna say an excellent job and mislead people, but I'd say a good job.  I don't know right now; I haven't made up my own mind about excellence yet.  I will continue to use them through this Summer and I'll make up my mind.  If I'm happy with them, then I'll continue next year. So far, I'm happy.  I just don't have enough experience with them to be real enthusiastic.  We're just getting to know each other, kinda like early dating. 

It was a great experience. They did a wonderful job. They were fast and they were clean. I have no complains.

Very well. I had called to schedule this work after their normal Fall Clean up service had ended , but I was put on the work schedule anyway. The grass was cut and trimed for the last time of the season and all leaves and fall yard debris was removed. The weather was cold that day but the workers did a very good job.
Cand T were also out in early October to aerate my lawn and apply winter fertilizer.

They did excellent work. They had professional equipment to do the job and do it right. They were on time and worked fast. They covered all their bases, doing a thorough job.

I have used this provider for lawn cutting services since April of 2011 and I have been pleased with their performance.  If the grass is too low to cut they will not cut it.  In addition, the lawn clippings are taken with them and it saves me have to buy brown bags all the time.  Of course, I pay a little more for them to take the lawn clippings with them, but at least the front of my house is not cluttered with brown bags sitting on the curb waiting to be picked up by the village's public works.

They gave me a quote for lawn maintenance and they came out within a week. The price was fair and they are professional. They did exactly what they said they would do and came when they said.

I have used Cand T Landscape successfully for lawn maintenance and snow removal for quite some time. I had snow removal problems in January of 2012.

January 13th

The driveway was plowed only up to the single car in the driveway. The front and back sidewalk and porches were not finished. The areas behind the car including the garage apron were not done. After a phone call complaint, the job was completed the next day.

January 21st

Basically the same scenario as January 13th. After a phone call complaint, the crew returned on the same night to finish the job. They did not finish the job. I finished the job. During this endeavor, the grass on both sides of my driveway was damaged. This damage was not acknowledged. During a subsequent phone call complaint, I asked for a refund for this job. The request was denied because I was told and quot;Well, they were thereand quot; In early March I informed the company that I am taking my snow and lawn business elsewhere. There was no response.
Evidently, This snow removal operation is now the norm. There is nothing normal about it.
The company has an A Plus rating with the BBB. They also have a complaint history. The BBB system is the last resort toward complaint resolution. Cand T Landscape evidently does not understand this. There are multiple Landscape Contractors with an A - Plus rating with the BBB AND NO COMPLAINT HISTORY. I would suggest using one of those fine companies and AVOIDING Cand T Landscape.

C & T Lawn Care responded to me very promptly. They sent a representative out to give me a proposal of what I wanted done. It was a very fair price. They asked for a $50.00 deposit and the balance would be due upon completion of the work. They were prompt. I was told they would be at my home to start the job between 8am-9am. They were at my house right at 8am and finished the job by 9am. Everyone was very professional. I was asked before my plants and flowers were planted if I approved of how the plants were arranged before they were all planted. They made sure the area was cleaned up before they departed from the job. C&T Lawn Care did an absolutely beautiful job. I will definitely use them again for all my lawn care needs.

They were very efficient and when they were done, the yard looked good.

A man, who was very nice, came and gave me an estimate. He then sent me a contract that I signed and sent back. Debbi from their office called and let me know she got the signed contract. She said they would be to my house to cut my grass on a Tuesday, even though I let them know Tuesday wasn't the best day for me. They didn't tell me a time or which Tuesday it would be. They have an answering service that they do not respond to. I called 4 or 5 times and never got a response from them. I need my lawn cut and I can't keep waiting, without hearing from them. If their communication is this bad I don't want to deal with them.

The team arrived on time and completed the tasks professionally and accurately. The explained the procedure completely and answered all questions posed.

They come-out once a week between April and October to mow and do weed control. They do excellent work. They are always on time, do a great job, and do the job quickly. I have been using them for 3 years now.
