In and out, its been 2 yrs since work completed, no issues.

I have lots of windows and Don did a great job ! Very reasonable. Will definitely use them again !

Confusion over initial work order, but once that was corrected by the provider, we were extremely happy with the service.

It went fine.  I actually engaged him to clean all of my, we have a two story house and it's a real pain to get them clean, so I had him go ahead and clean all of them and of course there was an additional fee.  The windows, he did a good job.  He kind of left some stuff on the wood work but we will address that next time.  I'm going to have him come back again in the Spring.  He was very pleasant and very prompt and very easy to work with.  He kind of missed his first time, he was quite late.  He seemed to be professional.  He was well spoken.  Because he was so late the first time, he pulled all the screens out and left them out with my approval but then he didn't come back for a week and I guess I didn't realize what an inconvenience that was but I will know better next time and I won't have him do it next time.

My windows have mullions inside which are difficult to remove and replace and he did that with no problem.  He was very good at getting all the gunk and hard water spots off the exterior of the windows and I have to say they have never looked cleaner.  I usually do my windows twice a year myself, but I think I"ll be calling Don at least once a year for a really good cleaning.  He is also very courteous and professional and arrived on time.

Don George was extremely responsive, returning my call within half an hour of my initial inquiry/voice-mail. He ended up stopping by our home that afternoon and gave us a very reasonable quote of $175 to clean all the windows and screens in our home.  We had never hired a window cleaner before but I have a broken foot and we needed some help with our spring chores this year.
We immediately hired Don to come and clean our windows several days out from the initial quote. He was prompt and his presence in our home while working was barely noticeable. He is a window-cleaning-ninja!  Our windows have never been this clean. I am now officially addicted to having professionally cleaned windows by Don.  We initially hired him because of my temporary disability - but we will continue to hire Don because he did such an amazing job!

Don George was a pleasure to deal with. He responded quickly to my initial call, came to my home and after a brief walk through gave me a quote for the work. I agreed on the price and he was able to schedule the actual cleaning for two days later. He came within two minutes of the scheduled time, and completed the work in almost exactly the amount of time he had estimated. The quality of the work was excellent, and the work was completed without any inconvenience or disruption to my home or my normal activities. Mr. George is professional, friendly, and focused on achieving a satisfied customer. I would recommend him to anyone needing window cleaning services and I will undoubtedly use Window Works in the future.

It took about six hours to complete the job. Actually I was just trying to get somebody new to do it, to find out how good they are and if we want to get them back or not. They were very professional and did a good job. They were polite and clean.

Don was very punctual in calling me back after I left an initial message and was able to schedule the job to be completed in less than a week. He was very friendly and personable and I felt comfortable leaving him in my home while I went to work. He was especially conscience about making sure he did not let my cats outside. He significantly underestimated the job. His original estimate was 3-4 hours, but it took 8 hours. He was willing, however, to stick to his original price quote, acknowledging his error. He did the best job that he could with my windows (we have an old house and some of the glass is scratched and wavy). The front of the house actually sparkled when I drove up from the street! He also went the extra mile and cleaned some of the leaded glass doors and mirrors inside.

Don squeezed us into his schedule on Friday; originally he was planning to be 1:30p, but he text-ed that he would be late and rescheduled for 3:30p. Cleaned all windows inside and out, cleaned screens, was very polite, professional.

Absolutely FABULOUSLY!!!!!! Don and his wife came to give an estimate and then we agreed on how we'd go about setting a date and time. Don's and quot;miracle cleaning solutionand quot; plus technique plus scraper for all the tiny stuck-on particles resulted in utterly CLEAN, STREAK-FREE windows. They are literally SPOTLESS!! All for a discounted price, given my situation as longterm caregiver for my bedridden mother who requires total care. What more can one want? As a former window cleaner myself, I can knowledgeably say that Don is TOP OF THE LINE. Bless him!!!

I called on Wednesday and Don came over on Friday morning. We have a 2 story Colonial house and there is no way I would climb up to the 2nd floor on a ladder. He didn't hesitate to climb the ladder and cleaned all the windows on the outside and the inside and cleaned all the screens and replaced them back on the windows. The windows look terrific. They haven't been this clean in years! He is very neat and organized. He got all the windows done quickly and he even put shoe covers on before he walked on the carpet. He is very friendly and my husband and I enjoyed talking to him. We will definitely call him again and highly recommend him to anyone that needs window cleaning. He knows what he is doing and is very professional.

Could never asked for anything better. Don cleaned windows, storms and window sills to perfection. Would recommend to any and everybody. If this is a service you need, this is the provider you need without question.

I would highly recommend Don to anyone needing windows cleaned. When I first called, he was very prompt in getting back to me (I left a message) and super polite. He was able to come give me an estimate the next day, and he did the work the day after that. He did a really amazing job--not a streak or smudge to be seen, even on windows that he had to learn around to the back side of bushes to reach. Large floor-to-ceiling windows were perfect, even when hit by the afternoon sun (when even small streaks can show themselves), as was a large bay window with lots of smaller panes. In fact, the windows have never been cleaner--even the neighbors came over to admire how spotless they were. The services are very reasonably and fairly priced, especially considering the quality of the work. Best of all: he started work in the morning when I was at a meeting; I was supposed to return home and let him in to finish doing the windows on the inside. I had car trouble and called to tell him I wouldn't be home for quite a while and that he didn't have to wait. He immediately offered to come help me with my car trouble (!!!); when I said that help was on the way, he said he could come back later the same day to finish the work, and he wasn't even crabby about it. Super accommodating of a delay that was caused by me, and I was grateful for that! A very kind and friendly guy. I give him an A++++!
