The representative (Tim) came on time, provided a quote (even used the garbage disposal -brand new-that we bought and had on hand. He was prompt with the quote, which was a little above one of the quotes we got, but his willingness to start instantly and not try to take advantage by forcing us to use his product (no need to buy yet another new disposal, after all), when the box had not even been opened. He completed the work in less time than I expected, and the garbage disposal now works beautifully. Thank you, Tim and RotoRooter!

James is awesome. We've had him here before to help unclog a pedestal sink, unclog a basement drain, and then to set a new toilet flange for us. This time we were finally ready to install the toilet and new faucet, so of course we called James. We've been working on a massive to-do list this spring/summer and as a homeowner I was baffled at how many companies in different industries would not return calls, make an appointment and not keep it, visit and say they'd make an estimate and then not do that, etc. We'd tried to work with another plumbing company beforehand and it was like I had to babysit them—with no results! It's SO refreshing to know we have a plumbing resource that is professional, timely and does great work. Roto Rooter could teach other local companies a lesson! I highly recommend and I'm so grateful for the completed work.

Went well... Came out and gave estimate, I agreed. Water shut-off wouldn't shut off water completly. had to call city as couldn't locate outside shutoff City came, Main Water valve shut off replaced. Work was performed promptly and at a fair price Recommend

Came out within 24 hours, thoroughly checked all drains, explained in simple language, and will call again...just hope we don't have to.they also guarantee their work which is a plus..

I had extreme difficulties trying to speak with whomever answered the phone. She couldn't understand the word East for my address. Usually I receive a prompt phone call back about when they can arrive. After waiting 2 hours, I called and got the answering machine twice. 30 minutes later I tried again. Whomever answered the phone said that another individual had been trying to call me. While on hold waiting to speak with that individual, I receive a call from Roto Rooter. Absolutely bizarre. After I called two more times, I learned that it was too late for me to have service that day. I am still stunned at the absurdity of the situation. I had used Roto Rooter for years. My last date of service from them was 10-29-15. I had never had any issues with scheduling an appointment prior to this. After finding another company, I cancelled the appointment with Roto Rooter.

It went very smooth and did a very good job.

I was unhappy. The only problem was that he insisted on re-plumbing under my sink, not the way it originally was but according to the newer code, which requires two traps, a double sink. Before most drains went through one trap. He insisted that it has to be two traps, and he would not consider redoing it the way I had it before. With two traps you cannot put anything in there. It just destroyed the use of my cabinets and I was mad about that.

Superb! Within 2 hours of my call, my sink was unclogged. Service was fast and professional and the pricing was as quoted--no gimmicks or surprises.

I went to basement only to discover water standing in basement floor, clogged floor drain. I phoned Roto Rooter and within an hour they arrived at the house. James cleaned out floor drain and standing water from basement. He was extremely tidy in cleaning up the floor. Carefully explained to me how this occurred and how to prevent future problems.

Our toilet downstairs has been stopping up frequently. My husband snaked the toilet and one of the clean-out pipes in the basement.  Still having issues.  Called Roto Rooter. They came out next morning. Craig was very professional. Looked at the pipes in the basement, went outside and looked at the 3 septic tanks, said they were full and needed pumped out. Was here a max of 15 minutes and it was $124.  I thought that seemed very high for the amount of time he was here, and he couldn't do anything.

I called Roto Rooter this morning about a plugged floor drain in my laundry room. I had water accumulating on the floor around the drain. They asked if this morning would be ok for them to come to fix it. I was surprised and thankful that they were here an hour or so later. Todd checked it out, told me what it would cost and asked if that would be alright. The drain was clogged with residue from the water softener when it went out awhile ago. Todd came up a short time later saying the drain worked now. He asked if I had been experiencing low water pressure (I had. It was really bad and was on my list to figure out why.) Todd said he had noticed it too and disconnected the water from that water softener that no longer worked. He said I will now have good water pressure. I DO! Who knew? Not me. Todd did not charge me extra for his knowledge. I so appreciate the extra help. I would recommend this company to any one. Quick, efficient...plus a little extra. So thankful.

excellent! fast service. called roto ruter spoke with James. Polite knowledgeable. Dispatched a serviceman named Todd. Was here within a hour and completed I appx 35 min. Excellent service. I called at 8 am and by 11:00 am my basement drain was taken care of and on a Saturday too! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
