It was one excuse after another- ridiculous things like "I don't have the right grommet, we'll be back to do that next week." (only next week would turn into 3, then 4 weeks). Or things like, "I didn't know the concrete was being poured today" after being told by 2 different subcontractors/individuals. Their unprofessionalism was commented on by several other subcontractors who were working on our building project at the time. They caused many time delays and obstructions due to their lack of follow through. They would claim to have ordered parts needed, then not have them and need to order them all over again. It was a nightmare, and it's still not over. It will probably be a total of 3 summers before the entire pool is finished. Any other company could have done it in 2-4 weeks total. We even paid them almost $10,000 extra to get the job done, but that didn't work either.
