Started job on time, but after that things went downhill fast. Contractor had poor understanding and planning of what was involved in this job, that was supposed to be done in two weeks. The job was finished in 3 months. Has workers that perform sloppy work, and hires sub-contractors he has not worked with before. Very slow to respond to and complete screw-ups. Tile is cracking (for the second time in one year) in the shower. This time I will fix it myself. Contractor provides poorly detailed contract, so it is difficult to know how much you are paying for each area of service. Would not use again.
