I called Dave for a quote on A/C Replacement on a 20 year old house.  The compressor had failed, and was not worth repairing.  Dave came out and gave a very reasonable quote on replacement of the a/c unit, along with options for replacing the furnace at the same time.  Since the furnace was 20 years old as well I decided it was a good idea at the time.  Furnace has worked flawlessly, and my house is nice and comfortable in the 90+ degree heat outside.  Dave is always great to deal with.  Matt does an excellent install, and makes sure the place is clean when he leaves.  I have had tem install a furnace/air conditioning unit in 3 of my houses now.  My brother had tem install one last month.  Great people to work with.

Late at night my heat was out on one of the coldest nights. I left a voice mail and shortly received a call back. He suggested a few things to get it to start up while we were on the phone. When that didn't work he explained the over time cost and asked politely what would I like to do. When I said come now, he was at my house within 15 minutes. He was able to get it to work for the night so we would have heat then came back the next day with the new motor. David was professional and careful at getting done right the first time. My heat is continuing to work well. I have use this company for many years and without fail the have always done a great job, have been honest, and completed the repairs at a reasonable cost.

The installer left no place to install the vent covers.

They seem to take their time. They did not rush. They seem professional. They seem to know what they are doing. They were polite.

We needed a new air conditioner since the last one died the previous Fall. Because the furnace was just as old, we decided to get an estimate on replacing just the a/c and an estimate for replacing both the a/c and furnace. We had three companies come out for estimates, but Gough really impressed us with the time put into giving us an accurate estimate. They were also the least expensive estimate. Because they had been so willing to go the extra mile on the estimate, we went with them. It took two days to replace the two units, but they worked really quickly. They answered any questions we had and were great about cleaning up after the job was done. We highly recommend them to anyone needing any work done.

Overall it went great. From the quote to finished installation they were courteous, prompt and efficient. They cleaned up the area they worked in and explained the operation of all units. Due to cold weather they could not test the a/c unit but came out when weather was right and it started right up. Both units are energy efficient, quiet and we are really pleased. Without hesitation, I would recommend them.
