They do a really good job. They stay on top of things. Their financial reports are outstanding. They are very responsive with calls and questions. If there is an emergency, they are on top of it, and the employees are very nice to work with.

Overall, I have been very pleased. They've taken a lot of pressure off of the board. They handle a lot of the issues and they are doing well with everything.
