Eddie Z's Blinds & Drapery

Everything went very well.  We loved working with the designer, Jenny.  She was extremely helpful and fun to work with. She was very flexible with her hours as well, being we work all day and needed evening time. She was very accommodating.  Her knowledge and honesty were great - I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends.

Design Consultant (Jennifer)  who came to the house was great to work with !  Would use her again without hesitation.  She was fun to work with and helped with ideas based on our inputs of what we were looking for.  She was prompt and brought a lot of selection to choose from. Installation was done on-time as quoted.

It was an OK experience. They came out, I picked the blinds and everything was basically OK. But then, they came to install the blinds and after they left I noticed I had wooden blinds with the ribbons in my living room. I hadn't noticed until in the night because when they left they'd left the blinds open and it was very light in the room. But at night when I closed the blinds and turned down the light, the ribbons were different colors than the blinds. So, I called and then they told me they'd have to have someone come out and make sure the ribbons were different colors. So they came out and I was surprised when she told me she'd have to take pictures for her office but she definitely agreed with me. They did come out with the new blinds, they had the right color ribbons on, but one that had wooden tassels on the end of the cord was a different color from the rest but I didn't want to go through it again to take a day off work for someone to come and install blinds. I also didn't like their attitude when I called back in because I was transferred to two or three different people when I called to complain about the blinds and then I had to take time off for the person to come out to make sure they were a different color. So, in that aspect I was losing money taking a day because of their mistake. I was not happy with that but the blinds were very nice. I'm satisfied with the work, the installer did a good job, I was satisfied with my salesperson who was very nice, I just wasn't happy with that aspect of their company policy.

It was a tough repair job due to the age of the motorized drape and absence of parts. Eddie Z's just would not give up on it and kept searching for a place that could repair the unit. They were very good also at keeping me posted as to the status. Phone calls returned promptly and well informed sales staff.
