Dun-Rite Home Inspection

Ron was recommended to me by a good friend who owns multiple properties because he is so thorough and professional. Ron was great from the start. He was quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls from me. He explained the whole process to me over the phone because he knew I was a first time home buyer. It was easy to schedule an inspection. He was professional and had a great sense of humor when preforming his inspection. We appreciated the detailed and thorough report, but also very much appreciated his down to earth manner when talking us through the issues in person. We are happy we chose him for our inspection.

Was extremely happy with everything that Dun-Tite home inspection did. They were very thorough in the inspection and checked everything did not miss a thing. They took 125 pictures and gave us advice on problems they found. They took their time but looked at everything. When we got the written report back, it was 35 pages long and very detailed on what good and bad things they found with references to each item and picture numbers to go with the problems they found. They were very knowledgeable in every aspect of this inspection. It gave us a clear view of every problem that this mobile home had and we could easily get estimates based on the problems that they found. I would definitely use them again felt peace of mind after they gave us the report. He went under the home. On top of the roof. Noticed things with the home that I never thought to look at. He checked everything. Overall he exceeded our expectations. He was very professional a very affordable. I would not hesitate to give their name to anyone who needs a home inspection. Ron is the ideal professional to work with. Had a quick and easy phone call with him to get the appointment set up. He walked us through the inspection in great detail and helped us feel well-informed about the home. As first-time homebuyers we were worried that a home inspector might lean too far into the negatives. Fortunately, Ron was level-headed and presented problems as they were, not exaggerated or sugar-coated. Very personable and easy to get along with as well which made the whole process smoother. Ron did an excellent job with the inspection. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us - As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, Ron was patient and took the time to go over potential issues with typical home aging and preventative measures to take while we live there. Ron did such a great job on my inspection I had. He was very kind and was very thought full and professional at his work. The experience was fantastic, it was like meeting up with a old friend, he was very thourow and and discriptive on everything he pointed out and the way he put stuff into terms were very understandable. Ron did a very thorough inspection and explained all of the potential problems with the home. Unfortunately, the water wasn't on at the time of the original inspection, but Ron returned at a few days after contacting him to finish the inspection.

EXTREMELY THOROUGH. Spent a ton of time checking out things at the property. Explains everything thoroughly and is more than open to any questions you might have. Ron is even made himself available after the inspection is complete for whatever questions we might have. A straight shooter. We would, and already have, recommended him to friends and colleagues. If you want a thorough job and not just a quick looking over things, then Ron is the person to call.

Very high level of attention to detail. Provides useful reports that make good references. Nice that they provide both home & radon inspections. My only suggestion would be get radon test results before having home inspection done. House we had inspected had too high radon levels to justify buying the home so home inspection was kind of unessary.
