Description of Work: They removed tile, tub, stool and floor in large bathroom and floor and stool in small bathroom. They were very slow in responding to us after the order was placed. It took 3 months before the work started and over one month to complete. We had to contact them everyday during the work period to see if someone was coming to work. Poor planning and lack of communication were very frustrating. We would not use them again.

Description of Work: Bought a gift certificate for my daughter to get a kitchen island. |Absolute disaster. Had an initial design session leading to a couple of design options. That was as far as the project got. Months of phone calls broken appointments and frustration. Eventually pulled the plug on the project and went with a different contractor. It took numerous of office visits and phone to get a refund of the gift certificate money refunded.

 + -1 moreWe paid an up-front charge of $3200 March 1. Work started about 4 weeks later. Were finally able to use the shower june 24 and paid most of the balance then, but a couple of days later one of the shower doors blew up and it took Dan another week or so to replace it. Dan's a nice guy and the work was well done (over a course of nearly 4 months) but he doesn't respond much to calls and it takes forever to get the work done. Must say the ceiling painting was sort of an amateur job, but otherwise all is well. If you're in no hurry, Dahlberg Johnson would be a reasonable source. If you want to have any kind of idea of when the work will be done, you should get someone else.
Description of Work: Removed the existing tub and shower and installed a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.

 + 0 moreNot well. The job took a year longer than expected, and cost 100,000 more than I requested. Refused to pay bills to suppliers until his companies bonus was taken care of. Delivered a damaged dishwasher which cost $300 to repair, delivered kitchen cabinets with scratches on them that he promised to fix on 6/13 and has yet to take care of. Felt I was taken advantage of.
Description of Work: remodeled main floor of house, 2 bathrooms, 3bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and family room.
