The guy that came out was fabulous. It was so hot. We called and called until we found someone to come out right away because it was so hot. I had two people come out. He came right out and had the best bid. He put it in by himself and worked like a dog for a day. I can't say enough about this guy. He is just awesome. He took the old unit away. It was just phenomenal. I was really impressed and it has a 10-year warranty on it. I would give him stars on everything. I?ve never saw a guy work that hard. As soon as it was done, the weather cooled off.
