Curved Concrete Construction

They were scheduled to begin work on 4/30/12. My mistake #1 was to give them monies up front more than half. Did not get started when they were to begin. First day they finally showed up was 3 days later. Material showed up they day they arrived had not started to dig holes for posts. They always had 3-4 people coming out to the site. Was very specific to how we wanted the deck to be as far as size and corner post to be 6 ' above the rest of the decking rail for lighting. The total experience with this company was very disappointing. Workers wouldn't show up until 10-11am work 3-4 hours then leave. And then complain about the cost of gas to drive out to do the work I told the owner if they would be spending a full days work that they wouldn't have to drive so much. Complaints are endless as far as the quality of work goes from using deck board for the top railing around the whole deck which took approximately 2 months to completely warp, missing screws on parts of the deck. I myself placed an additional 37 screws into the areas the missed. Boards not cut straight. Split boards while installing. Deck was 1-1/2' shorter on one side than what was quoted. Gate is a flimsy built piece of garbage that sags and rubs on the first step. One completed begging for money that I told him he needed to show up before I paid the balance to show him the issues. Then he started to threaten me if I didn't pay up the balance. Both over the phone and by texting me. I could go on for a long time about this company but I think that you can see that you should never ever engage in any business dealings with this company.
