Chris was great. She was friendly and really knew the business. She told me what to look for and is to return in3weeks to check on things. She did not try to sell me services that I did not need. I liked her.

Chris set up an appointment for a few days after I called. She explained in detail what she was going to do, the nature of the products that she was going to use, and how quickly we should expect to the treatment to have an effect. She arrived on time and explained again what she would be doing and using. Each treatment took her about 1 hour to apply. Her charges were very reasonable, she was professional in every way in her dealings with us and she's a nice person. I would not hesitate to call her again for any pest control issue even though I hope I never have to.
