From the moment ADVANCED AIR SPECIALIST came to my home, I was grateful beyond words for their honesty and integrity.
The first day they came, they explained that the thermostat was out and the cooling switch would allow the furnace to kick on, but then would immediately kick it off (of course my home warranty insurance service company would have to replace the unit and I'm sure that's why they gave me NO indication that there was a problem either visit). They ordered the necessary parts and came back the next day. After replacing the parts, they took a peek in the attic and discovered my new nightmare. He said that the moment he stuck his head in, he could see the condition of the ductwork.
He apologized all over himself for not looking the day before and I assured him that there was no way he could've known. They came back again the next day and within 3 hours I had all new duct work and a new system (York). Their efficiency was absolutely amazing.
They even reduced the price of the HVAC by the $1000 I paid for the duct work. Who does that anymore? THIS COMPANY!
Integrity still exists..

This company replaced our furnace 1-1/2 years ago, and our central air in the summer of 2010. We have had problems with it and advanced does not return our phone calls. Another company said that they would not have installed it without replacing the coils. Problems consist of water all over the floor, ineffecient, not cooling below 75 degrees, running constantly, may have harmed the compressor.

"Advanced Heating & Air did replace the furnace at this home with no complaints. Advanced Heating & Air did also replace the outside condensing unit at this location, as far as problems with unit this is the second we heard of it first being a phone message left one time in our voice mail system.The reason the outside unit was only replaced was because homeowner opted for that choice after given full options and cost to do so. The practice of changing out a condensing unit is common in the HVAC industry. Advanced Heating did return a phone call and left a message with the member and did covey our interest in taking care of any needs he had with his A/C system, as of today no call was returned to Advanced Heating."
